Your right to cancel
You have 14 calendar days to cancel this order from the date your contract is confirmed, at no cost and without giving any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
If you ask us to begin installation within that 14-day window and your connection goes live, your right to cancel ends at the point the service is activated.
Minimum contract term:
Your minimum term begins on the date your connection goes live at your property — not on the date you place this order. If you cancel after your service starts but before the end of your minimum term, an early termination charge (ETC) will apply, calculated on your remaining monthly payments.
After your minimum term
Your service continues on a rolling monthly basis at the same price. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice — no exit fees apply after your minimum term.
