A New Business With Some Old and New Faces
Until recently, our predecessor, Locheilnet, provided a superb service in the Lochaber area. But despite their success, it was never the intention of Locheilnet to compete in the fast changing and highly competitive fibre broadband and telecoms market. Comms West is proud to be able to take the business forward.
So while Comms West may be a new name in the business, our people and our operations certainly aren’t. We’re still local, and we’re still personally invested in the Lochaber area.
What’s more, many of our team members, including founders Jim Smith and Ali Hodnett, have years of experience working as part of Locheilnet, meaning that you can expect the same levels of effort and dedication to giving you the best possible service.
We are also extremely pleased to welcome Claire Cameron and Fiona Currie to the team who will ensure we have a renewed focus on the customer experience and making sure the transition is as smooth as possible.
